Paisley 10k Road Race and Fun Run 2024
Event organisers OneRen are aiming high this year and hope to be able to break last year’s record-breaking runners total, which saw over 3,500 people pull on their trainers and participate in the 10K Paisley Road Race and Fun Run, taking in some of Paisley’s most iconic landmarks along the way. Houston & Killellan Kirk Carnival, West Halls, Houston
The hugely popular Houston & Killellan Kirk Carnival will be held on Saturday 11th May from 12.15 until 4.00pm with a fabulous selection of rides, activities, stalls and plenty of fun for everyone! We have a brilliant selection of rides, activities and stalls – from a Rodeo Bull, Wipeout and Bungee Run for adults, and Pirate Run, Giant Slide and Ball Pond* for kids – plus home-baking, FOUR different tombola stalls (Bottles, Toiletries, Chocolate and Soft Toys) and a plant stall.

Join us for an exhilarating week filled with laughter, learning, and the enchanting world of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. From Monday to Friday 9.00am until 3.00pm, our students will dive into the world of performance arts, mastering scenes and songs, ready for a spectacular showcase on Friday. We also incorporate arts and crafts into our week, making props and sets for our show.

Birkmyre Rugby Club is holding its end of season fun day & BBQ for kids from P1-P7. The event is taking place on Sunday 19 May from 11.00am. Enjoy some fun rugby games as well as some tasty food to round off the season. The event is open to all – boys & girls – members and non members. So feel free to bring along any school friends who would like to have some fun and try out rugby.
