Renfrewshire Provost Lorraine Cameron and Marie Curie representative Sara from Renfrewshire Community Fundraising visited the Paisley FM 107.5 studio on Monday morning, 24 June to talk to presenter Mike McLean about the Marie Curie charity work which supports people with terminal illness together with the information and support Marie Curie bright yellow bus in Paisley town centre for a week.
The striking yellow branded Marie Curie bus will be in Paisley town centre from Monday 24 June until Saturday 29 June inviting people to hop on-board and find out more about the charity which supports people living with terminal illness. The bus will be at the corner of Moss Street at Paisley Cross.
Open between 10.00am until 5.00pm, visitors will be able to hop onboard the bus and donate to the charity and meet Marie Curie representatives including volunteer members of the local fundraising group. The bus visit coincides with Marie Curie’s summer fundraising campaign, Blooming Great Tea Party, which encourages everyone to get together with friends and family to hold a tea party.
