West Scotland College apprentices special programme – Sunday at 3pm

The Foundation Apprenticeship course students at West College Scotland, Paisley Campus with the Paisley FM Radio Academy, have produced and presented a special programme to be broadcast on Paisley FM 107.5 on Sunday 4 April at 3.00pm.

The Foundation Apprentices are pupils from 5th and 6th year of secondary ‘High School’ and as part of the course, the pupils get work experience as students in Renfrewshire businesses.  This includes building-up a portfolio of work experience which assists with their qualification with support from the Paisley FM educational Academy

The Paisley FM Radio Academy provided training in the production of the interviews and the music for the one hour programme

This programme features the pupil-students interviewing a number of Paisley and Renfrewshire business owners on how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected their business and what are the plans when coming out of pandemic.
